I've been there! At one point I felt like I had tried everything: keto, intermittent fasting, Whole30, celebrity meal plans, super low calories... nothing gave me the results I hoped for.

I thought there was something wrong with me and I would never get back to being lean and fit. I felt discouraged and stuck.

But then I began digging deep into female hormone imbalances: postpartum hormone changes, menopause, estrogen dominance, PCOS, and hypothyroid.
